Buildings & Grounds Staff | Full-time | Augusta, ME St. Michael Parish is seeking a full-time Buildings and Grounds Staff member to help care for our churches, parish buildings, and grounds. This position is responsible for cleaning, basic maintenance and repairs, groundskeeping, stocking supplies, moving materials, mowing, and snow removal. The role helps ensure that parish facilities are safe, clean, welcoming, and ready for worship, ministry, and parish events.
Qualified candidates should have experience in custodial, maintenance, or grounds work; the ability to perform physical labor; and a dependable, team-oriented approach. Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and weather-related needs is required.
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
